We don’t fancy ourselves clairvoyants, but the same can’t be said for the team at This Time Tomorrow in Florence. Or maybe it’s less that they can see into your future, and more that they’re composing it for you. From the moment you book, their local experts are weaving together a tailored itinerary, so that when you arrive in Florence, your story is already written and waiting to be brought to life.
It all centres around their gorgeous abitazione in the laidback Le Cure neighbourhood on the city’s northern edge. This tastefully restored building is a tribute to Florence’s rich tapestry of artistic heritage; a blend of old-world charm and modern aesthetics. Inside, there are eight bright and spacious apartments, each boasting full kitchens, sumptuous beds and private outdoor areas. The walls are adorned with classical art, some of the ceilings awash in professionally restored frescos, and the floors are a mixture of Cocciopesto Venezano mosaic flooring and elegant hardwood. Like the city around it, there is beauty, craftsmanship and local pride in every detail. And after a day of masterfully curated exploration, the shared rooftop terrace is the perfect place for an aperitivo as the sun sets over the city’s terracotta rooftops.

Best time to go
Florence is a beautiful city to visit any time of year, though we especially love it in the spring (March-May) and autumn (September-October) when the temps are mild and the surrounding countryside is either in bloom or enjoying harvest season. In the summer months, it can get hot with heavier crowds, and the winter season is colder but much quieter.
Our top tips
Make the most of your resident curator, who can point you towards all of Florence's best-kept secrets and hidden gems. And make sure to save an evening for sunset drinks on the roof terrace.
